Powerful but has some quirks

This is a capable tool with a lot of features, but the learning curve is steeper than I expected. Once you get past that, it's solid. Support is hit-or-miss — sometimes great, sometimes you wait days for a response. Overall worth it for the features.

It does most of what we need, but there are some workflows that feel clunky. Their roadmap looks promising and they ship updates regularly. I'd recommend it if you can deal with some rough edges in exchange for the price.
